The Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) process at Useon Extrusion Europe is a key step to ensure every piece of equipment meets customer expectations before shipping. It’s a 5 step collaborative effort that combines rigorous testing to guarantee quality and performance for our clients.

The process begins with a walkthrough, where engineers highlight key features and verify the equipment aligns with customer specifications.
2️⃣ Operational testing: 👨🔧
The equipment is run in a controlled environment. Systems like extruders and pelletisers are observed in action, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
3️⃣ Performance checks: 📈
Detailed tests are conducted to validate:
-Stability of temperature controls.
-Accuracy of torque, pressure, and other parameters.
-Consistency of output quality.
-Stress tests ensure the equipment can handle demanding conditions reliably.
4️⃣ Customer involvement: 👥
Customers observe all tests and are able to provide feedback. Any necessary adjustments are made to align the final product with their expectations.
5️⃣ Final Approval: 🤝
Once testing is complete, results are reviewed, and the customer provides final approval. The equipment is then documented, packed, and shipped, ready for its new European home 🇪🇺
